Shipping policy

DermaVogue London serves customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Orders for UK and EU customers are fulfilled by our fulfilment partners and dispatched from a fulfilment centre in Europe.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, order weight and selected delivery service. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Order preparation

Preparation takes place before dispatch and is separate from shipping time. Estimated preparation times depend on the number of products in the order:

  • 1–20 products: 2 working days.
  • 21–99 products: 7 working days.
  • 100 products: 7–10 working days, subject to confirmation.
  • 101–4,999 products: 10 working days.
  • 5,000 or more products: 14 working days.

Shipping after dispatch

United Kingdom: Standard shipping takes an estimated 4–7 working days after dispatch. Express shipping takes an estimated 1 working day after dispatch.

European Union: transit times vary by country. Germany: Standard approximately 5 working days; Express approximately 1 working day. France: Standard approximately 6 working days; Express approximately 1 working day. These examples do not apply to every EU destination. Please contact us for estimates for other EU countries.

Total estimated delivery time is preparation time plus shipping time after dispatch. For an order of 1–20 products to the UK, this is approximately 6–9 working days with Standard shipping or 3 working days with Express shipping, where that service is available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier or customs delays may affect delivery. Express shipping does not shorten the preparation period.

Customs duties and import taxes for UK deliveries

Orders delivered to the United Kingdom are dispatched from Europe. The recipient may be charged customs duties or import taxes by local authorities. These charges may be payable separately from the order payment and shipping charge.
